We kindly but urgently request you to cancel your booking if your not feeling well. In the current situation things can change in the last minute, and if that’s the case we are more than happy to provide you with a solution that makes sure your reservation remains valid, even if you have to cancel within the 14 day-period before your arrivel. If you have to cancel your reservation due to the Covid-19 virus 14 to 7 days before the arrival, we offer you a voucher for 50% of the already paid amount. You can use this voucher to make a reservation later on. The other 50% will be reimbursed. In case of a cancellation less than 7 days before your arrival we will provide a voucher for the total amount, so that you can visit us some other time.
