The building may be historic, but the dishes we serve are contemporary. As a young chef, Roeland strikes a fine balance between authentic French country cuisine and a fresh, modern perspective on the culinary arts, allowing you to enjoy classic dishes—sometimes with a new twist.
At Le Voilà, we take great care in selecting our ingredients. By choosing fresh, seasonal products whenever possible, we are able to offer high quality at a fair price.
We always serve a monthly menu with two choices for starter, main course, and dessert for €27.50 per person. Each month, we take the time to create a menu based on the best seasonal products. Alongside this, you will always find a few daily suggestions, which change according to what’s available on the market.
For us, the wishes of our guests come first—and fortunately, we have everything it takes to make you happy. Guests staying in our B&B or in nearby hotels are equally welcome to join us for dinner or enjoy a drink on our sunny terrace. Do you have an allergy or special dietary requirement? No problem for our chef—just let us know at least one day in advance.
