A stately building on the Rue du Petit Pressoir in the charming village of Melay, Haute-Marne. Two hundred years ago – in 1821 – the building was run as an inn.
Today, the spirit of those times is coming back to life in Melay. In 2019, Le Voilà opened its doors with the aim of revitalizing the village through social entrepreneurship and creating jobs for local residents. We are an authentic and welcoming bistro, where fine, honest, and fresh products are turned into genuine French dishes, sometimes with a modern twist. We are also delighted to welcome you to one of our three beautiful guest rooms.
